		<description><![CDATA[I asked Whole Foods again, a more seasoned butcher who had never heard of capon.  He asked the manager who said they wouldn&#039;t help me (behind closed doors) because it would take too much time and effort to ascertain it met their organic standards.  Did he offer alternatives?  No.  Did he steer me elsewhere? No. Have I bought 90% of my meat from them for seven months?  Yes.  First I&#039;ll talk to the manager.  If nothing happens I&#039;ll find another butcher.
