I took a few minutes and read a few posts on yours and of course stopped in the recipe section.
Growing up in NY stuffed peppers was just about my favorite dish. I have not had it in soooo many years. Not a big beef eater these days….and turkey, well I would prefer beef in my peppers.
I will just have to break down and make it for it was really so good, Thanks for the memory ;-)
